The club was founded in 1982 to be one of the most significant health and fitness centres based in Kuwait that is equipped with the latest and advanced equipments from the Italian brand PANATTA. The club provides many facilities from a cross-fit, aerobics, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Massage and Physiotherapy; also, there are parking slots that can hold up to 350 cars.
