About Ras Al Salmiya Gym Fitness Center for Ladies

The Ras Alsalmiya Gym & Fitness Center for Ladies was opened in 2014 is the best gym in Kuwait on the Arabian Gulf Road opposite the Scientific Center with an area of ​​3000 sq. meters.

The gym is equipped with the best Italian brand PANATTA and in order to ensure the level of service, a highly trained female's training team is selected. 

The gym is consist of 3 floors:

Basement consist on reception area, the corner for members and visitors, 3 lounges for the cardio, gymnasium, sauna, steam, showers & laundries.

Ground floor has indoor swimming pool with air conditioning and ventilation system & Jacuzzi.

First floor includes changing rooms, wardrobes, pray room, massage, physiotherapy & a multi-purpose hall for different classes.

Private club only for gym members.

Special halls for training room, bicycles, boxing & Cross fit.
